About the Programme
It is an eight-weekend long programme intended to help the Urdu aspirants with the elementary knowledge of Urdu. The programme is focused on facilitating fluent reading and writing along with deeper familiarisation with Urdu Literature. The motive of the program is to enable the participants with the following:
• Read and Write Urdu with reasonable fluency
• Speak Urdu with fluency and enhance the vocabulary
• Get familiar with major trends and works in Urdu Literature
Karvaan Elementary Programme
Basic knowledge and recognition of Urdu letters and words in Naskh/ Nastaleeq (Urdu Script).

Tanzil Rahman is a poet and an entrepreneur based in New Delhi. He is the co-founder of Karvaan and facilitates an Urdu learning program at Karvaan. Professionally he runs a consulting firm named Stepping Cloud and is an alumnus of AMU and IIM Bangalore.
Zeeshan Asrar is a Curriculum Developer, English Trainer, and an Anglo-Urdu Translator. He has taught Urdu to more than a hundred Urdu aspirants. He is an alumnus of Nadwatul Ulama, Lucknow and Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.
